This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on PrepMocker. Please read it carefully before making any payment.

Digital Products
All services on PrepMocker โ including mock tests, test series, and bundles โ are digital in nature.
๐ฆ Once access is granted to a paid product, it is considered fully delivered and consumed.

Refund Conditions
Refunds are considered only in the following cases:
- Payment was made but access was not provided due to a technical issue on our side
- Amount was deducted twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
โฑ๏ธ You must contact us within 3 days of the transaction with valid proof (Transaction ID, screenshot, bank SMS, etc.)

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Wrong product purchased by the user
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial usage of test series or bundles
- Purchases made using offers, discounts, or coupons

Cancellation
Since all products are delivered digitally and access is granted instantly or within a short time after payment, orders once completed cannot be cancelled by the user.

Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction (bank account, card, or UPI)
- Processing time may take 7โ10 working days depending on your payment gateway and bank

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), email us at support@prepmocker.com with the following details:
- โ Full name
- โ Registered email ID
- โ Mobile number
- โ Order ID / Transaction ID
- โ Issue description with proof (screenshot, bank SMS, etc.)
๐ Incomplete requests without Transaction ID or proof will not be processed.
