By accessing, browsing or using PrepMocker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the relevant website feature or service.

These terms apply to the PrepMocker website, educational resources, online tests, accounts, optional paid features and related support services.

PrepMocker is intended for lawful educational preparation. If you are under the applicable age of digital consent, use online services with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information where an account or purchase requires it and to use the platform in a way that does not harm other users, the website or third-party service providers.

• Keep login credentials confidential and do not share account access.
• Provide current and accurate information when creating or updating an account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where the issue resulted from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

You must not:

• Use PrepMocker for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or disruptive activity.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell or publicly share protected test material without permission.
• Share login credentials or enable unauthorised use of paid features.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with security or reverse engineer the platform.
• Upload malware, harmful code or material that violates another person’s rights.
• Submit false support, payment, copyright or correction claims.

PrepMocker provides practice tests, questions, explanations and performance information for learning and revision. Test format, question availability, timing, scoring and features may vary by resource.

• Practice scores are not official examination scores.
• Scores do not guarantee rank, marks, admission, selection or any examination outcome.
• We may correct, update or remove a question, answer, explanation or feature when an error is identified.
• Students should check current exam rules, dates, eligibility and syllabus from the relevant official authority.

Unless stated otherwise, PrepMocker branding, website design, original questions, original explanations, software and other platform materials belong to PrepMocker or its licensors.

Original practice content is labelled as such. Questions identified as previous-year questions should be traceable to an official paper or reliable archival source; modified questions should be labelled as adapted practice.

Third-party rights remain with their respective owners. PrepMocker is not affiliated with or endorsed by NTA, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, IITs or coaching organisations unless expressly stated.

Some resources may be free and some optional paid tests, plans or features may be offered. Review the price, included features and payment details before purchase.

• Prices and availability may change for future purchases.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• Never send card numbers, CVV, OTPs, UPI PINs or banking passwords to support.
• A successful payment may take time to reflect when confirmation is pending.

If PrepMocker offers paid services, refund eligibility, exclusions and request requirements are described in the applicable Refund Policy shown before or at purchase.

Where a refund is approved, it may be issued through the original payment method or another lawful method made available by the payment provider. We may request order information to verify a request.

We aim to keep PrepMocker available and functional, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may result from maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, hosting, payment-provider issues, internet failures, security incidents or events beyond reasonable control.

We may modify, pause or discontinue a feature. Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice or restore affected services.

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. By using features that require information, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there and subject to applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a user has violated these terms, abused the service, created a security risk, failed to complete a required payment or used the platform unlawfully.

Users may request account closure through the Contact page. Provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, privacy and limitations may continue after account closure where applicable.

We may update these terms when our services, features, payment methods or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

If a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it where required. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
